Avery really likes to feed herself. Her parents on the other hand are not big fans of this.

In other news: She is pulling herself up on everything and this morning even pulled herself up in her crib. She is also on the verge of saying her first word. Right now it's a toss up between Lucy, Momma, Daddy, and Bird. Or as she says them...Uuuuththt, Mmmma, Dadadada, and Booooer.

And no Paul I don't think this is any sign of "Bird Nerdedness" in her future. She does love birds though.

In other "non baby" news: Kickball season starts this week!!! the Sacred Sword is back and better than ever. BOTH of the adult O's will happily be competing this year.

ok, a few disclaimers before we begin. First, don't mind the mess, we're still unpacking. Second, it's hard to take good pictures of the inside of a house. They turned out ok but it's hard to really get a feel for it. The outside pictures turned out pretty good so we'll start with those. Oh, and I forgot to take one of "the house". Oops. And it's dark now so you're outta luck. I'll get to that sooner or later.

Well, there you have it. We should be done unpacking everything in the next month or two. Actually we've been moving pretty quick on that so we should be done soon. Now you all just need to come visit.

With a little help Avery is really good at standing up on her own now. As of this week she is able to pull herself up to standing. She's pretty proud of herself...and so am I. She'll be walking before long.

Well it's finally here. Moving day. We'll be hooked back up to the infernet here real soon, bigger and badder than ever. We're decommissioning our satellite and switching to DSL. They'll probably have to crash the satellite into the Indian ocean or something since we're ending our services. I think we were their only customer.

So we'll be back in a few days.
