First of all, yes I will be posting some birthday pictures. But first I had to give you all a little insight to my little world. This is the kind of thing I find setting on our desk at home when I sit down to post some pictures. I guess that's what you get when your wife works on a big ol city sewer project. For everyone who has been wondering what has really been on Hillary's mind lately, you should watch this. This is the funniest (and saddest) thing I've seen in a long time. I love these ladies.

Doing homework??

Ok I am supposed to be doing homework right now but I can stop thinking about the episode of the daily show that was on Thursday night. You all should take the time to watch this. The way they lay out the absurdity of what the republicans are saying right now is brilliant. FYI, you may want to fast forward past the first 4 minutes. There is a not so appropriate bit on the "Minneapolis Airport Men's Room" if you know what I mean.



There was also a good episode on Friday night as well but I'll leave that to you all to look up yourselves.

Up North

So as most of you probably know, we just made a trip up to Minnesota. As much as I would like to say that it was just for a fun visit, it was not. My Grandmother, the matriarch of the family, passed away last week. I wish I could put into words how much we will miss her but I can not. Fortunately cousin J did a fantastic job of that for all of us. Very well said cuz, you said what was in all of our hearts.

That being said, here are just a few of the lighter moments from our trip.

No I didn't take all of these pictures but I did take some of them with Bro +1.5's lovely little camera(and when I say little I don't mean little). Let's just say, now I want one.
